About Valley Hot Tubs

What we do

Valley Hot Tubs sells hot tubs, swim spas and cold plunge tubs from our showroom at 5778 Production Way in Langley. We deliver and install them in Langley, Surrey, Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Maple Ridge and Mission, and we repair and service them afterwards. We also carry replacement covers, filters and water care supplies.

How we work

Buying a hot tub isn't only about the tub. It has to get into your backyard, sit on a base that can carry it full of water and people, and run on a circuit that passes inspection. So we plan those things with you before you buy, not after.

• A site check before you buy. We look at the path from the street, the spot, the base and your electrical panel, so the tub you choose fits through the gate and onto the base, and the power is there to run it.
• One quote for everything. Your quote lists the tub and the installation together: delivery, the base, the electrical, and anything else your site needs. You know the full cost before delivery day.
• Old tub removal included. If you're replacing a tub, we take the old one away when we install the new one.
• Service after the sale. When something needs fixing, or the water needs sorting out, you call the store you bought from.

Why a local store

The Fraser Valley has its own conditions: wet winters, cold snaps and snow toward the east end of the valley, soft water in most cities, and electrical permits that come from different places depending on where you live. We work with those every day, so we can tell you what your tub needs before it arrives rather than after.

You can sit in the tubs at the showroom, ask about running costs and water care, and talk to the people who'll be installing and servicing your tub.
