One showroom, six cities

Our showroom is at 5778 Production Way in Langley, in the middle of the area we serve. Surrey is next door, Maple Ridge is across the Golden Ears Bridge, Abbotsford and Mission are a short run east, and Chilliwack is about 70 km up Highway 1.

What's the same everywhere

Wherever you live, an installation follows the same steps. We start with a site check: the path from the street, the spot, the base and your electrical panel. We quote the tub and the installation together, so you know the full cost before delivery day. On the day we bring the tub in, set it level, connect and fill it, show you how it works, and take your old tub away if there is one. After that we're here for repairs and service, covers and water care.

What changes from city to city

Two things change depending on where you live.

• Who issues the electrical permit. Surrey and Maple Ridge issue their own electrical permits. In Langley, Abbotsford, Chilliwack and Mission the permit comes from Technical Safety BC. Either way, the hot tub circuit needs a permit, even when a licensed electrician does the work. See our permit guide.
• Your water. Most of the valley has soft water, which usually means adding calcium to the hot tub after each fill. Aldergrove and Chilliwack have harder water, where scale is more of a concern. Our water care guide explains both.

Weather changes too. The eastern end of the valley, around Abbotsford and Chilliwack, tends to get colder snaps, more snow and stronger outflow winds than Surrey and Langley, which makes insulation and a good cover matter more.
